All the Members are well aware that the power of Grant of MACP's in respect of Group A, B and C Staff was with the Directorate. Now the Director General has issued Orders delegating the Powers to the Regional Directors regarding grant of MACP's in respect of Group B (Gazetted and Non Gazetted) and Group C Staff under their Jurisdiction. The Association will be take up the matter with concerned Regional Directors to clear the pending MACP Cases at the earliest.
