Members are aware that an Agenda was submitted to the Director General and Chairman of JCM, A.S.I., New Delhi and requested to fix up the date for convening the Meeting at the earliest vide this association letter dated 24.06.2011. Now a reminder has also been sent the the Director General for fixing up of date at the earliest. A copy of the Reminder sent sent to the Director General, A.S.I., New Delhi is posted herewith for information to the Members.
