I am enclosing herewith the “Letter of Authorizations” received in respect of the members of this Association working under your jurisdiction. I would request you kindly to recover the annual subscription of Rs. 120-00 (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Only) from their pay bills for the month of March 2010 positively and send the recovered amount @ 60% as C.W.C. Quota through Demand Draft in favour of SECRETARY GENERAL, AIASA, BANGALORE and send the same to the above mentioned address. Balance of 40% may please be paid to the Shri. Vijay Kumar Mukherjee, Unit Secretary, AIASA, Combined Unit, Saranath as Unit Quota under intimation to this Association.
