Sir,
Kindly refer this Association letter cited under reference wherein a Charter of Demand containing 17 Points were submitted to your kindself for its effective implementation within one month from the date of issue of the Notice. Since no concrete decisions and positive steps have been taken by your end to mitigate their genuine problems as per the time schedule and no reply is received from your end till date, our beloved members across the country are pressing hard to fix up a date for launching a Massive demonstration before the Directorate Office. A copy of the Charter of Demand submitted on 10th October 2010 is once again reproduced herewith as desired by you.
Further, I write to inform you that as per the discussion held with you over Phone on 9th November 2010, you were kind enough to inform this Association to please visit your office in order to have a detailed discussion on the points submitted by this Association.
In the light of your assurance, the Secretary General along with a team of following members are visiting your office on 23rd November 2010 at 15.00 hrs for Discussions.
