Sir,
Your kindself is fully
aware that this Association has submitted many a resolutions adopted in the CWC
Meeting held at Aurangabad
on 22nd April 2012 regarding welfare measures of our beloved
members, numerous representations on various issues for implementation on time
bound. Many a important decisions taken
in the 63rd and 64th JCM Meetings are still kept pending
unimplemented for years together. It is
highly regretable to note that no concrete decisions and positive steps have
been taken by your end to mitigate the problems of the members which has created
deep frustration among the Members. I am
extremely sorry to state that this is a shameful act of the administration and
lukewarm treatment is given to the correspondences of this Recognized
