In exercising the powers conferred on me by the Constitution of ASA under Article 18 (a), the undersigned in the capacity of Secretary General of AIASA hereby nominate Shri Sailendra Samal of Archaeological Survey of India, Horticulture Divn No. IV, Bhubaneswar to function as C.W.C. Councillor with immediate effect till further orders.
