Further, I write to inform you that the Directorate is adopting step motherly treatment towards the Association and in spite of repeated requests in oral and writing, they have failed to comply in  implementing the decisions as agreed  in the J.C.M. I am sure, lin the overall interest of the employees working in this century old organization which is organizing its 150 years of celebratrion across the country and arranging yhear long programme, you will not allow us to take such unpleasant steps under your tenuare and you will intervene personally to take suitable action to fulfill our above legitimate and genuine demands.  I crave your urgent attention. I shall be highly greatful to you, if you could kindly intimate me the course of action taken in this regard at the earliest.

Yours faithfully,
